Be an 'Inspired' Tutor!

Inspired Teaching Solutions has been working in conjunction with Respite Connections since the start of 2007 providing support for young people who are carers, in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne. These young people look after someone in the family who may have a mental illness, chronic condition, disability, is frail aged or has an alcohol or drug problem.

Some of the servicesInspired Teaching have provided for the young people over the last few years include running a homework club once a week, and also providing staff to work on camps run by Respite Connections.

To enable us to provide more support for these students in 2010 we have begun running a home tutoring service and currently

If you live in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne and are able to tutor in Secondary Maths, English or Science (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics), for either Yrs 7 to 10 or VCE, please apply now.

The pay rates for tutors are

• Qualified Teachers: $55 p/hr
• Normal tutors: $45 p/hr

In most cases tutoring sessions will go for 1.5 hours. Tutors must have a valid 'Working With Children Check' or a 'VIT Registration'.
